Reconstitution of Pol II (G) responsive form of the human Mediator complex

RNA polymerase II (Pol II) is a 12 subunit protein complex from yeast to human that required for gene expression. Gdown1 containing Pol [Pol (G)] special form of catalytically inactive and heavily depends on the 30-subunit Mediator its activator basal dependent function in vitro. Here we report first time, identification generation 15-subunit via novel multibac baculovirus expression system fully responsive (G). Our results show complete recovery (G) transcription both with full also recombinant synthesized. Moreover, interacts as well. These enlighten us towards understanding how certain population involved selected regulation activated by complex.
